Beachfront, on the boardwalk, no crowds

Beachfront apt. on the beach at the rear of our beachfront home. Shaded patio area on the beach with lots of privacy. Short wall and hedges provide lots of privacy on one side. Other side is open to beautiful views of the water, beach, boats and other water craft. Patio area not shared with other renters. Bar-B-Q grill. Tables.

Water is only about 40 feet away. You will have use of two kayaks. Drag the kayaks from our property to the water anywhere on the beach. Beach is never crowded. Beach badges included. Outside hot water shower. Linens and bath towells provided. 
The town requires a minimum 7 night rental. This summer we`ve had many guests "working from home". This is a quiet town. Mature. Not a party town so "working from home" here is very doable. Even outside. Wi-Fi. One on site parking space next to your door.
The town has a market/deli, pizza place, bar restaurant, and a home made ice cream and donut shop all just 2-3 blocks away.
