Upstairs unit is 3 bedroom, 1 full bath. Tastefully furnished & decorated with everything included that you would expect in a home. Includes large back yard with dedicated BBQs & patio sets, dedicated outside H/C showers, cable & high speed internet with Wi-Fi, central air, off-street parking for two vehicles per unit and 6 beach badges per unit included! Weekly rentals range from $1,800 to $3,700 per unit depending on the week. Please also inquire about short stays in May, June or September and the offseason. Monthly winter rentals are also available. Small pets allowed for an additional $200 fee - please inquire. Prom groups allowed but heavily vetted.
