The SEASHELL COTTAGE is a fully furnished, one bedroom cottage located one block from the beach, in a quiet family neighborhood. It has a combination kitchen/living room, bedroom (Queen size bed) and a single bath. There is also a private screened in porch and an outside deck. Amenities include A/C, ceiling fans, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, basic cable, gas grill and an outdoor shower. Rate is based on double occupancy. Best suited for a couple. ONE off street parking space is included. Beach Badges are available with a $80.00 refundable deposit per badge. Landlord resides on the property with a dog and cats. Minimum WEEKLY SEASONAL RENTALS (Saturday to Saturday) for July & August. Minimum two day OFF SEASON RENTALS, May (3 day minimum for Memorial Day weekend), June, September(after Labor Day) & October. Cute and homey
Seashell Cottage is cute as can be, lovely beach decor and very comfy. Very close to beach and super location. My hosts Larry and Rose could not have been more hospitable. They saw to it that I had everything I needed. The pets are extremely friendly and well behaved, no worries there. Nice and clean. Very quiet at night.
