Indemnification

from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys’ reasonable fees) related to
(i) your violation of this agreement, and (ii) your posting of material to this site.
Proprietary Rights
All materials on this site, except property information and photos (as well as the organization
and layout of the site) are owned and copyrighted by ShoreVacations.com and may be accessed,
downloaded or printed for your personal non-commercial use only. Without prior written permission
of ShoreVacations.com or its suppliers, you may not copy, distribute or transfer any material on
this site, in whole or in part.
Changes to Site
ShoreVacations.com and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information,
services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without
notice. ShoreVacations.com may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be
effective immediately upon posting. Your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your
acceptance of the modified agreement.
Miscellaneous
This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the site shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to any
principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding between ShoreVacations.com and you
shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in New
Jersey, County of Monmouth.

services contained on or accessible through those sites, and you access and use such sites

Property Listings
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their property listings. Owners
who provide photos assert that the photos are their own property and that they have the publishing
rights to said photos. ShoreVacations.com is not responsible for any action or omission of action
by any renter obtained through the use of this site, and is not liable in any dispute between
renters and owners that established contact through any of its sites.
Notice to All Users
You are responsible for conducting your own investigation regarding any and all claims made by
prospective renters or vacation property owners or agents. You assume all liability for use of any
information you find in any ShoreVacations.com publication. The operators of ShoreVacations.com
assume no responsibility and in no way warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any of
the pages published here. Not all ShoreVacations.com ads are created directly by the property
owners; some advertisers are acting as agents or managers for the owners.
Renters are aware that each property sets its own refund and cancellation policies.
ShoreVacations.com recommends that renters ask for and receive a written notice of the
refund/cancellation policy from the advertiser and, for added protection, we recommend the purchase
of Trip Cancellation Insurance at your own expense. ShoreVacations.com is not responsible for the
refund of rental fees for any reason.
None of the information contained in any ShoreVacations.com web page is confirmed or warranted
by any party. Confirmation of information published herein is the sole responsibility of the
renting party. ShoreVacations.com is not a licensed real estate broker in any location.
Notice to Property Owners
If the operators of ShoreVacations.com are unable to provide the promised level of service for
any reason, including but not limited to service outages, acts of God or negligence, neither
ShoreVacations.com nor its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid
for the services which were not provided. ShoreVacations.com does not guarantee that the web site
will be available 100% of the time and reserves the right to reject or edit any listing submitted
at its sole discretion.
Membership Cancellation Policy: Listings run on an annual basis. Due to the
fact that the vast majority of the work involved in promoting vacation properties occurs in the
first few weeks, ShoreVacations.com is unable to offer a refund on cancelled memberships.
Property Off the Market: If you wish to remove your property from the market,
we can temporarily inactivate the listing and reactivate it at a future date. The renewal date
does not change during the time the property is off the market.
Spamming Policy
ShoreVacations.com does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial
Email (Spam). We reserve the right to cancel (without refund) any member that mentions
ShoreVacations.com or any of its associated websites or email addresses in any spam e-mail message
or Usenet posting. ShoreVacations.com is the sole judge in determining what constitutes spam.
Rental Inquiries
It is the goal of ShoreVacations.com to reduce the volume of spam delivered via the Rental
Contact Form. Inquiries may be monitored and filtered by ShoreVacations.com prior to delivery to
our members. Despite our filtering efforts, it is likely that some spam inquiries will be delivered
and some non-spam inquiries may not be delivered as a result of filtering. Rental inquiries are
delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. ShoreVacations.com cannot be
held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered
inquiries.
Privacy Policy
We do not collect personal information unless you register, complete a form, or enter a contest.
If you list a vacation rental with ShoreVacations.com, we collect your personal information for
billing purposes only.
When you request vacation rental availability, we collect your name, e-mail address and phone
number to allow the vacation rental owner to respond to your request. We may also use the
information we collect to notify you occasionally about new ShoreVacations.com services and special
offers.
We use your computer’s IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to
administer our web site. Our site uses cookies to keep track of your session and to deliver content
specific to your interests. ShoreVacations.com is committed to protecting your privacy. By using
