This beach ranch is located two blocks to Wreck Pond and 5 blocks to the ocean beach.
Dog & child friendly; 5 blk to beach - 5 beach & Pool badges plus beach essentials; 7 day minumum in summer season from Saturday to Saturday; All one level for easy access.
Check in is at 2:30pm and check out is at 10am

Well maintained property, newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with microwave & dishwasher; dining area with seating; 2 yr old front loaded washer/dryer; WIFI; smart TV with netflix and 4 new window a/c units and ceiling fans.
There is a fully stocked kitchen which includes cooking pots and pans, glasses, utensils, etc.
We also stock cleaning supplies, including garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and laundry detergents.
There is an outdoor patio/porch with gas grill and patio seating for 6 and wood table with seating for 6.
Baby pack and play crib available for use.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided for your use. There is no need to bring your own.

8 Beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella and beach towels and 5 beach badges (no badges required under 12 yrs old) are available for use.

This is no smoking/vaping permitted anywhere on the property. Not available for rent by tenants under 28 yrs old or Groups or multi family. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with year round residents and is not conducive to large gatherings.
3 bedrooms - 1st bedroom - one Queen bed; 2nd bedroom has two twin bunk beds with a pull out trundle bed and 3rd bedroom has a King size bed.
Maximum of 6 adults or 8 persons otherwise loss of security deposit.
2 full bathrooms - 1 bathroom has shower and 2nd bathroom has bathtub with shower.
20 minutes away from Jenkinson`s Boardwalk; 30 minutes away from Six Flags Great Adventure and 1 hour away from Sesame Place.
Refundable Damage Deposit - $500;
Cleaning fee - $150 minumum as long as house is in pre arrival condition
Dog Fee - $125 minumum; dogs are welcome with prior approval at booking

Payments by bank, personal checks as follows:
Two weeks or more rental periods: 50% down upon signing of rental agreement and second half 30 days later;
One week rental period: payment in full due upon signing of rental agreement;
All rentals: separate checks/payments for final balance of rental, damage security deposit and cleaning fees and if required pet fee are due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations occurring due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) implemented by the State of New Jersey and/or the Town of Spring Lake affecting your period of rental excluding pool usage will provide you a complete refund of monies paid. If this cancellation occurs during your stay; a partial refund will occur of the days not used only. Otherwise Cancellations occurring less than 45 days but no less than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a complete refund only if another tenant is secured. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will not receive a refund if not COVID-19 related.
