This sunny beach bungalow offers all the comforts of home and is close to everything. Walk up the lane, no roads to cross, and you are at the boardwalk, beach. Rides, amusements, fishing and many restaurants are within walking distance. Family oriented lane. (No ANIMAL HOUSE)
There are so many things to do in Point Pleasant Beach from swimming in the ocean to shopping to antique stores. Movie theaters are just a short drive away. Six Flags and Monmouth racetrack is just about 30 minutes away.
House has open floor plan. New Living Room Couches, Newly renovated inside bathroom. It has 3 bedrooms, new Kitchen Appliances, kitchen w/utensils, Keurig Coffee Maker, dining area w/pub table 6 chairs, bar w/6 chairs, central air, cable TV (3 TV’s – Living room (50 in SMART TV) and 2 bedrooms), DVD, AM/FM Receiver w/CD & IPOD player, ceiling fans in bedrooms, outside patio w/picnic table w/6 chairs, outside shower, beach chairs, beach buggy, umbrellas and cooler. Comcast Wireless Internet access and Comcast Cable.
Four (4) beach badges with Rental ($520 Value) and also has a reserved Parking spot, a PLUS during the summer.
Patio has a picnic table and a table w/6 chairs. Watch Thursday night BEACH FIREWORKS sitting right outside the house.
Shed has beach chairs (6), beach umbrellas (2), a cooler and a beach buggy to carry everything to the beach.
