Families and groups are welcome to rent our 2 beautiful homes which are available for multi-week rentals. The Front house sleeps 6 people with a Beach theme throughout. This home has 2 Bedrooms with Full sized Beds and a pull out full sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Huge deck and backyard for grilling pleasure.
The Rear home sleeps 4 people with a Queen sized bed and full sized pull out sofa with beach theme throughout this house.
This is a Family oriented street in the quiet North end of town close to Ortley Beach with private driveway with parking for 4 cars. Both homes have central air conditioning, ceiling fans in each bedroom, on demand water heaters, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker and flat screen TV`s with cable and WiFi.
You bring your own towels & bed linens and pillows
Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday only.
We are available to show the houses and provide tours for your group or family every weekend, until we are booked for the

We can send you a lease for your review.
Two seperate clean, spacious and comfortable houses only 2 blocks from the beach. Located in the quiet family-oriented north end of Seaside Heights within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, stores, amusements and attractions. Enjoy the privacy and convenience of your own house, deck and yard instead of renting an apartment or motel room. These homes are the ideal set up for multiple families or friends looking to rent together.
We will rent to groups of responsible adults and families only. We do allow dogs for an additional fee.
Each House includes:
- 2 parking spaces for each house in private off street driveway
- Central air throuhout the homes with additional ceiling fans in each bedroom
- Eat-in kitchen equipped with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and all necessities
- Cable with flat screen color TV and WiFi
- Gas grill and outdoor patio seating with dining areas
You must bring you own personal linens for bedding, sheets and bath towels
