The SEASHELL COTTAGE  is a fully furnished, one bedroom cottage located one block from the beach, in a quiet family neighborhood. It has a combination kitchen/living room, bedroom (Queen size bed) and a single bath. There is also a private screened in porch and an outside deck. Amenities include A/C, ceiling fans, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, basic cable, gas grill and an outdoor shower. Rate is based on double occupancy.  Best suited for a couple.  ONE off street parking space is included. Beach Badges are available with a $70.00 refundable deposit per badge.  Landlord resides on the property with a dog and cats. Minimum WEEKLY SEASONAL RENTALS (Saturday to Saturday) for July & August.   Minimum two day OFF SEASON RENTALS, May (3 day minimum for Memorial Day weekend), June, September(after Labor Day) & October.
