After the trial period, you can choose to upgrade to a Basic, Featured or Premium Listing.
You can start with a Featured or Premium listing right away. To do this, you'll have to list your property as a trial listing and once it's
activated, you'll be able to upgrade it immediately, to get all the additional benefits (you still get 3 months for free).
A BASIC LISTING offers the following benefits:
exposure to thousands of Jersey Shore visitors, for only $49/year
a availability calendar
one outside picture of your property
In addition to a Basic listing, the benefits of a FEATURED LISTING ($119/year) are:
it will be displayed at the top of the city, region and search pages
it can have any number of photos
the listing will be rotated in the "featured rentals" section of most of our pages
you can include a link to your own website
You'll get the best exposure with a PREMIUM LISTING ($249/year). Here is what it means, in brief:
top placement on our site; it will show up as a banner before all the other listings, including Featured ones, in all our searches
you can link the banner directly to your own website
rotation on our website's frontpage
If you have more than one listing, there will be a $10 discount for all the subsequent listing. This means
$39/year for a Basic listing, $109 for Featured and $239 for a Premium one.
