Beachblock Beauty at 1122 Ocean Avenue in Ocean City, NJ. Very beautiful, comfortable construction and furnishings. Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2  bath sleeps 9, with parking for 2 cars. Watch the fireworks from your huge front deck with ocean views! Park your cars and walk to everything. Very well equipped with every convenience, including well stocked kitchen. The kitchen has every convenience with mixer, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, oven, and stove.

This unit is in a perfect location, just steps from the boardwalk and beach amusements, skateboard park, beach volleyball courts, Music Pier, new basketball and tennis courts and fishing jetty. Amenities:
Living room has brand new large flat screen TV and new DVD player with a collection of current DVDs and board games. A large deck with ocean views is furnished for relaxing. Extremely well-equipped kitchen has every convenience. All cooking equipmnet, dishes, cookware, utensils, pot holders, cutting boards, dishes, knife set, wine and drinking glasses, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, and miscellaneous kitchen items.   The two car parking out back is convenient as you can park and walk to everything the entire week`s stay!  There is a washer and dryer as well as an outdoor shower! 

Linens:
Linens are not provided in virtually all Ocean City rentals, including this one. You will need to bring sheets, towels and kitchen towels. Pillows, comforters and blankets are provided.  There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. New comforters and new pillows are in each unit.  All of the units have new wall decorations, new paint in the living rooms, and all new living room furniture with a bonus queen sized pull out couch.  What a good night`s rest!

Payment Options:  Personal Check. We accept Credit Cards for a 3 % additional fee.
Payment Schedule: $250 due when making reservation, 50% 90 days before rental begins, balance 60 days before rental begins. 
Check In / Check Out: In - 2:00 PM, Out- 10:00 AM
Required Stay: Saturday through Saturday May through September

Policies and Other Fees:

Summer Rental fees are a maximum of $2490 a week for the first floor (for those who do not like steps), $2590 a week for the second floor, and $2690 for the top floor (great ocean views) for peak summer weeks.  Off season weeks are less.
Cleaning Fee: NONE- Other rentals charge $100-$125 per week!  We do have each unit prefessionally cleaned between renters but we do not charge extra for that.  Please  just leave the unit in the same condition that you found it.
Refundable Security Fee: $250-refunded within 10 days of rental end.
Cancellations: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.  If the unit is rerented for the same fee, the owner may refund the deposit minus a $250 cancellation fee at his discretion.

We do not rent to any groups.
